Ohohoho. Its Valentine's Day and its also the first day of the Chinese New Year. Two in one festival mix! :) Anyway, i'll be going on with my NS experience.

The dorm that i am living in is called Alamanda. My dorm is the closest to the public phone, to the entertainment room (there's a TV in it) , nearest to the entrance, with the most number of Chinese / Perak people and the dorm which is currently black-listed.

Being the closest to the public phone, we the Alamandas do not need to queue up for the phone. We will just poke our head out to check up the line. If there is someone there or the queue is too long, we will just go back and rest in the dorm. Despite of being the nearest to the entertainment room, we the Alamandas seldom enter the room. Trainees from other dorm play and make a mess in it. Whenever the irritating entertainment room is in a mess, guess who get the scoldings/ punushments and the cleaning work? Tada! Its none other then the Alamandas. Life is never fair. Just because we are the nearest, it doesn't mean that we are the ones making a mess in it.

Next, being the nearest to the entrance meant that the very first dorm that the teacher will be passing through will be my dorm. Due to this very factor, a certain teacher seemed to be able to find fault with my dorm. First, it was because of the arrangement of slippers. Secondly, its about the corridor light. Then, its about her being suspicious about us the Chinese Alamandas talking bad about the Muslims. After that is about the noise we make in the dorm. Next is about again the Chinese Alamandas being too sexy in the dorm (ahem ahem this is of course not me).

Some of the people in my dorm suspect that the certain teacher dislikes the Chinese and since my dorm got the most Chinese, she always picked on us. Its just that during ALL the times that particular teacher scolded/punished us, the only ones in the dorm is the Chinese. So, its that just a coincidence or what?

About the black-listing, there is a time where the teachers did an inspection of cleaning which all the dorms failed and my dorm was considered the worst. A certain not so nice item used by females for a week once in a month was found stucked in one of the toilets which lead to it being jammed. Well, the thing is that, most of us the Alamandas aren't from Alamanda from the beginning. We are the unfortunate ones kicked out from our former dorm and into this dorm. We often referred ourselves as 'orang yang terbuang'. The annoying dorm teachers are supposed to create a harmony variety of races and states in a dorm. And it seemed that there are too many Perak people. Due to that, most of the Perak people got kicked into Alamanda. Due to this, somehow more then 90% of the people in my dorm are from Perak and we got the most number of Chinese. I do wonder, where is the harmony variety of races and states in my dorm? And from the very first day of us being in Alamanda, that stupid toilet is already jammed and we never used it. Now, we are being marked as the dirtiest dorm. Now, tell me, is this fair?
