Yo !!! I am back from NS...well....at least for a few days. :( Just for your information, i have gotten a serious allergy in NS. Due to the reason that i am not getting any better but worst, the 'kind' commander decided to send me home. I was released at 5pm on tuesday and i am expected to report back tomorrow at 5pm also which is a friday. Ah!! Still its better then nothing.
Now, about my allergy. I had developed some skin coloured rashes on my third week in NS. Naturally, being me, i complained a lot and my NS friend accompany me to the medic. From then onwards, i have been getting worst. I was injected once in the arm, once in the waist and once on my main vain which is situated in my hand near to my wrist. The cream, tablets , lotion and injections given to me were useless. My locker in NS is full with the medicine given to me by the medic. I could almost opened a pharmacy. @.@ By that time, the skin coloured rashes became bigger, redder, itchy and it sort of spread to my uninfected body parts. The rashes started on my lower and upper limbs. After that, it went to my neck and face. Soon, my hands, legs, neck was covered with ugly irritating itchy red rashes. I was very much depressed by my allergy.
I went on complaining to the medic. I became some sort of their regular customer. The medic agreed that i am certainly not getting any better. They decided to send me to a clinic in Lenggong. There, i was given more cream and tablets. Still, i did not get any better. My face started showing signs of redness and rashes. Next, they send me to the Hospital Kuala Kangsar. The moment i stepped into the doctor's room, his first words are....'Wah !!! Seriusnya. Kenapa sekarang baru datang ke hospital? Sepatutnya, kamu harus dah lama datang ke sini....' And so, i got my 4 days of MC. Being a good patient, i applied their cream and ate their medicine. Still, i kept on getting worst. My neck and ears became swollen. My rashes kept on becoming worst. My parents told me to stop their medications. So, i stopped. On my day of appointment with the hospital, the medic wasted my time and did not send me to the hospital. What is worst is that 2 irritating, good-for-nothing teachers suspect that i am lying about my allergy. Crazy people!! How in the world, am i supposed to fake rashes and swollen? Take a red markerpen and draw it on my skin???
Okay. I admit that i got pissed and told my parents about it. What happened next was rather interesting. :) That very night, my brilliant mother called the medic and gave them a lecture. Go, mummy !!! (I didn't know about this call) The following day, somewhere at 8.30 am, my name was announced in the speaker and was asked to see the medic. I was of course shocked. In the medic, i was told to tell my mother not to call them at night and etc. At. 9.45am, i was send to the Hospital Kuala Kangsar through the emergency way. They took me into ER and started poking holes into me. They have to poke me twice just to get a sample of my blood. Stupid people. Pity me! I have to bear the pain twice! They even wanted to put me on IV. Scary!!! Luckily, some doctor walked by and stopped them. Next, the nurse wheeled me (yes!!! on the wheelchair!!! it was rather fun) to the doctor. To make the long story short, my doctor was worried and he got an appointment for me to a skin specialist in Ipoh on the 9th of February. I got more cream and tablets again from the hospital and another 4 days of MC. During the time i am in the hospital, my dad called my camp and complained a lot. When i came back, i told my mother about the poking holes and the IV. I went on with my NS life and entered some kebudayaan class happily. What i didn't know is that during that time, my dad called the camp commander and insisted on taking me home as i am getting worst. Surprisingly, my dad succeeded!! Go, daddy!!!! The next minute i know, i am asked to fill some sort of form and was also asked to pack my stuff. And...tada! I am home before 5.30pm!
