25th of March

My second last night in Taiping. I don't know whether that is a good news or a bad one. :( Basicly, you could say that i am at a lost. I would love to stay young forever and never grow old. Being a kid is much more fun then growing up. I do not understand why most people can't wait to grow old. To me, that is just stupid. Growing up means more responsibilities, more problems and that is certainly not easy at all. Growing up also means that you have to leave your friends behind. No matter how close are you now, you would grow apart. Being kids are very much different. :) One minute you could be strangers, the next minute, you would be best friends. Kids do not think much. They will just laugh and move on with their life. They do not mind bruises and cuts. They could stand the worst of the falls. :)

If you ask me last time, at what age i would like time to stop forever, i would answer immediately 12. There was not even a doubt. But ever since form 4, i changed my mind. My memories from form 4 onwards are more precious to me then all the treasures in the world. I certainly hope that the friend or friends i meet during that whole period will stay with me. It will certainly break my heart if we are enemies in the future. Best of luck to everyone. I will certainly miss Taiping.

24th of March

Hmm, my eldest cousin sister gave birth to a baby boy today! Congratulations to her!! :) Despite of her being so far away in Australia, my aunts and uncles here in Malaysia are very excited with the baby, including my mom. =.= She made me searching for photos in facebook. I have to sacrificed my hamster-eating-sushi game for it. By the end of it, my mother left my room with a satisfied face while i am sad with the score of the game. :( Anyway, i think its all right since my mother don't normally bug me when i am playing though when she actually bug me, its super irritating. @.@

Besides all of the giving birth and me losing the game, i am rather joyful as well. You know, the best way to show appreciation to someone is just a note of thank you and a smile on the face. :) I am very happy that all my hard work in preparing a present for a friend of mine paid off. She's definitely a great friend to have. I am glad that she is my friend. I wish her all the best in her SPM!

18ve of March

Yo!! Today is the birthday of a friend of mine :). So, before i start crapping about my life, i would like to wish her a very happy birthday here. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CSN!!!

Okay, the birthday wish is over. Continue on with my life. Let's see. I fall down goodness-know how many times today. Those falls that i could remember are, 3 times on my right butt (its sore now), 4 times on my right knee (its bruised), several times on my friends and many other times on my face. Even though so, it had been a fun day for me. I can finally skate faster after all those falls. Skating is actually quite fun, ignoring the heat, the crowd and the smelly roller skates.

After all the bumps and bruises, my friends and I took a break in the cinema. We watched 'The Book Of Eli'. The whole movie is about some guy who is on the journey to the west to save the last bible on earth. Overall, the movie is rather plain and uninteresting. I spend most of my time during the movie, adding twist and turns into the movie plot with my friend. The only part i liked about the movie, its the ending. The ending was definitely a shock to all of us. Here's the spoiler is you haven't watched the movie, Eli, the main character, is a blind man. He can't see but he's so great that no one noticed that he's blind. He shoots better then a sighted man. His hearing is amazing. He fights like no other. He could fight a dozen men at a time. He's perfect in every way except for the fact that he's blind.

And here's the update on my birthday presents :) Among the gifts i have received so far were a labu sayong with biscuits and chocolates (from my NS darling and my NS darling rival), a red egg with a red ribbon tied to it (unknown source but i suspect an Alamanda), a jambu (from a malay friend in Seroja), a card (from the Chinese Alamandas), a landyard ( from my NS twin) , a portable harddisc ( from my dad), 2 soft toys (from Alien, Ah Khai and Mr Baa ), a pendrive (from my sis), a laptop cooler ( from my sis), a keychain (from Shenn Ni and Shenn Kuan), a bracelet (from Chen) , Zipper Pals (from TMC) and a fruity lip gloss (from Merpati)

15th of March

Humph. Four days had passed since i received my SPM results. My results are not bad, i think. It wasn't the best nor it was the worst. I am not exactly happy nor i am sad. Let's just say that i got 11A and 8 of them are A+. Ignoring all that, surprisingly, i missed the good-old NS. NS, a place free from parents. NS, a place free from stress. NS, a place where no one bosses you around (excluding the jurulatih and IC squad)

Now back at home, i am being nagged the whole day. Do this, do that. Apply this, apply that. Sighed. Life after getting SPM results isn't all that fun. Day and night, i am forced to fill in forms and when i fill in forms, my handwriting was criticized. I am being scolded for the smallest mistake in the forms. What am i to do? What did i do so wrong that i am being picked on daily? Sighed. I supposed all this is for my own good but i could still complain right?

I can't wait for all this to be over. Hopefully there isn't anything worst then this.

10th of March

UGH!!!! Tomorrow is D-DAY!! SPM results will be released. I do hope that all of my hard work will be paid off. Sighed. There is nothing that i could do now. I could just pray hard. Anyway, ignoring all that, i will post about my birthday celebration in NS. Now, that is a happy thing. :)

Okay, now about my birthday. Ahem ahem. I was born on the 28 of February in the year of 1992. In other words, every year on the 28 of February, i'll be celebrating my birthday. Every year i would celebrate my birthday but so-sorry-to-say, my celebrations are no where near the term 'interesting'. This year was special. During my birthday, i was in NS. I was celebrated as the birthday girl four times!!! It was the best birthday ever!

First, my parents brought food (cake, fried bihun, fried mee, watermelon, red eggs and satay) into the camp for me to celebrate with my friends. And so, we ate and say 5 versions of birthday songs (malay, english, mandarin, cantonese and tamil). Then, somewhere in the afternoon, my beloved dorm aka Alamanda friends organised a surprise party for me and another fellow Alamanda whose birthday is on the 3rd of March. They each contributed in the celebration and designed a card for me with all of their hardwrittings. It was very touching. I totally loved the card. It was very memorable. And so, we ate again (this time KFC, some 'tong sui', red eggs and wan tan mee)

Before going to church in the evening, my fellow ALPHA friends in another dorm aka Seroja, threw another surprise party for me. This time, we had a fantastic meal. We ate cake (made of three different types of chocolate), red eggs again, plenty of junk food, ahem ahem (something illegal in the camp), jelly, biscuits, chocolates, cookies and KFC ( i didn't get to eat the KFC because i have to go to church). And of course, we sang 3 versions of birthday songs (english, mandarin and cantonese)

Last but not least, at night, another party was thrown. This was the utter most surprising party. My teacher aka Cikgu Lili was the mastermind with my performance leaders aka Pee and Akila. They started off by pretending to be angry and disappointed with the performance team. Some of us even cried. Then suddenly, we were asked to close our eyes. A birthday cake was brought in and birthday songs in 4 versions were sang ( malay, english, mandarin and cantonese) . I was shocked. My teacher hugged me and everyone else followed. I was touched once more. :)

This year of 2010, was the best birthday for me. Among the gifts i have received so far were a labu sayong with biscuits and chocolates (from my NS darling and my NS darling rival), a red egg with a red ribbon tied to it (unknown source but i suspect an Alamanda), a jambu (from a malay friend in Seroja), a card (from the Chinese Alamandas), a landyard ( from my NS twin) , a portable harddisc ( from my dad), 2 soft toys (from Alien, Ah Khai and Mr Baa in Taiping), a pendrive (from my sis), a laptop cooler ( from my sis) and a keychain (from Shenn Ni and Shenn Kuan).

Now, this is certainly the ultimate birthday for me! ^.^

9th of March

My last morning in NS. Ah! I can't believe that NS is finally over. Bye bye to morning PT. Sayurnara to role call. Adios to waking up at 4.30am.

I know that I am supposed to be happy but somehow another i got this strange feeling. I may not miss NS but i certainly missed the people in it. @.@ After 2 months plus of suffering, we have developed a strong bond between the trainees. Together, we have washed the toilet. Together, we have done punishments. Together, we ate and together, we slept. Back in the camp, we have no one but each other. Despite of the poor condition of my dorm, i missed Alamanda. Despite of a certain group of irritation people in my kompeni, i missed Alpha. Despite of the horrible food in the camp, i missed the canteen. So, now what? All, i could hoped for is that all of our friendships in NS will last for a lifetime
